We gladly accepts returns/exchanges and will issue refunds subject to the following conditions:
- All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt (if bought in-person) or an Order Number (if bought online)
- Any returns/exchanges that are due to a defect or damage must be initiated within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation date. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you should send an email right away to store at sctroopers dot org and let us know!
- Any returns/exchanges that are not due to a defect or damage must be completed within 30 days of purchase (if bought in-person) or of shipment (if bought online). Remember, that’s of shipment, not of delivery !
- You may return/exchange the item in-person at our store during normal business hours
- You may return/exchange the item by mail. To begin this process, send an email to store at sctroopers dot org (If you choose this route, remember that you’re on a 30 day limit and this is a time-consuming process! Don’t wait too long!)
- Refunds are not given after 30 days of purchase (if bought in-person) or of shipment (if bought online)
- For clothing items and the like, we will only accept returns on unworn, unwashed, full-price merchandise with the original tags attached
- For other non-wearable items, we will only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging
- Sorry, but items that were sold ‘On Sale’ or ‘Clearance’ are not eligible for returns or exchanges
